MSE prioritizes the development of the last one-third of underdeveloped provinces in China
MSE will sign contracts （from January 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024） to prioritize the development of the GDP last one-third of underdeveloped provinces and regions in China, and quickly catch up with international affluent regions. The MSE technology transfer fee with rights is based on US dollars, and the transfer fee discount for these provinces and regions is multiplied by a factor of (1/34), while everything else remains almost the same, only a little modified. This (1/34) discount is only available to the last one-third of these backward provinces and regions, but the entire cost is encouraged to be paid in full (which can be converted into equivalent Chinese yuan) within one week after signing the contract, and it is necessary to strictly abide by the contract and prevent any leaks. Provinces and regions affected by technology transfer should seize opportunities and work hard to become prosperous regions in the world.
