Cosmic energy is constant energy that does not require oxygen for the Earth energy
As cosmic energy, modern strategic energy source has no and needs not oxygen while can play the same role as an energy source, which is obviously different from the Earth energy such as oil, coal, and natural gas, which cannot be used when no or less oxygen. There is a very real need in many anoxic regions to use cosmic energy that does not require oxygen at all.
